Move or cancel a lesson
You can move or cancel any lesson. When you cancel, the family gets a full refund and no fee.
Move a lesson
- On the Planner, open the day and tap the lesson.
- Tap Move and pick the new time.
- In the Week view, drag the lesson to its new time.
- Or open the lesson and choose Move.
Cancel a lesson
- Open the lesson and choose Cancel.
- Confirm. The family is told, and a lesson paid online is refunded in full.
A moved lesson keeps its length. If the new time clashes with something, the lesson stays where it was and you're told why. A lesson can be cancelled until it starts; a lesson from a package goes back into the family's package.
