Send lesson details or a reminder
Reminders go out on their own before a lesson. You can also send the details or a nudge by hand whenever you like.
- Open the lesson on the Planner and choose Send details or Send reminder.
- Add a note if you like.
- Choose Send by email.
A student's card under Students has the same button for their coming lessons: Send details for your own students, Send reminder for students with an account.
A student with an account gets an email and a notification in the app, unless they've switched those off. A student without an account gets an email, if you've recorded one for them.
