Set your cancellation and no-show policy
You decide how much notice a family must give and what a late cancellation or a missed lesson costs.
- Open your Profile and find Cancellation policy.
- Set the notice you need, the fee for cancelling inside it, and the fee for a missed lesson.
Until you change it, families can cancel free up to 24 hours before a lesson.
You can waive a fee on any lesson, and cancelling a lesson yourself always refunds the family in full.
