Message someone who booked but hasn't written

Someone can book a time without ever messaging you. You can write first, to ask what they're working on or what to prepare. Open Students and find them, then choose Message on their card. Or open their lesson in your planner and choose Message. Your Inbox opens on the conversation. Write what you'd like to know and send it. They're told about your message in the app, or by email if they don't have it. You can write first to anyone with a paid or confirmed lesson with you, or whom you've taught. Their details stay private You see their name and one line about who they are, as in any conversation. Never their email address or phone number.
