Reply to families in your Inbox
Every enquiry lands in your Inbox. A quick reply is the single biggest thing that turns an enquiry into a lesson.
- Open Inbox. Unanswered shows the conversations waiting on you.
- Open one. Under the family's name is who they are, such as a parent of a Year 9 student.
- Write your reply and send it.
Turn on notifications so you hear about a new message straight away: Settings, under Notifications.
