Read your week and month
The Planner is one calendar with different views. Lessons are coloured by their state, or by the colour you gave the student.
- Week shows seven days down the screen. Tap a day to open it; swipe sideways for another week.
- Month shows the whole month with a dot for each lesson. Tap a day to list it underneath.
- The arrows step back and forward; Today brings you back.
- Today is your agenda: today's lessons and everything coming up. Your next lesson and the next seven days' totals sit on the right.
- Week is a time grid: drag a lesson to move it, click a gap to add one.
- Month shows the whole month. Choose a day to list it underneath.
- On a keyboard, the left and right arrows step the period and T returns to today.
