Colour a lesson and keep a private note

Give a student their own colour so your week reads at a glance, and keep a note on any lesson that only you can see. Open a lesson on the Planner. Under Colour in your calendar, pick one. Then choose Use it for every lesson with that student to make it theirs. Type under Your note. It saves when you tap or click away. Private means private The note is never sent, never shown on the family's booking and never included in an email.
