If you miss a lesson
If you don't attend a lesson and didn't cancel, your tutor can record it as missed and their no-show fee applies. The policy is shown when you book and pay, and on your booking confirmation.
Unless a tutor has set their own, the no-show fee is 100% of the lesson. Anything not charged is refunded automatically.
What to do
- If you know you can't make it, cancel or move the lesson as early as you can.
- If something went wrong on the day, message your tutor straight away. They can waive the fee until it has been paid out, about a day after the lesson.
- If you were there and the tutor wasn't, tell us through Contact support.
