Every tutor sets their own notice period and late fee. Before you confirm, we show the exact amount that comes back to you. Open the Lessons tab and tap the lesson. Under Payment, a lesson you've paid for online shows the tutor's policy and what cancelling now would refund. Tap Cancel. A sheet shows the exact refund. Tap the button at the bottom, which names the refund. It goes back to the card you paid with; you don't need to ask for it. Open Lessons and choose the lesson to open it. The policy is the one you booked under It is fixed when you book, so a tutor can't change it afterwards. Unless a tutor has set their own, it is free to cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson and 50% after that. If your tutor cancels You get a full refund with no fee, whatever the notice. A lesson from a package goes back into your package if you cancel in time; cancelled late, it counts as used. No money moves either way. A lesson you haven't paid for yet, or one you pay the tutor for in person, has nothing to refund here.
