Message a tutor before you book
Messaging is free. Ask about your child's needs, the tutor's approach or a time that suits, then book when you're ready.
- Open the tutor's profile and tap the Message button with their name on it. On a phone it can be the speech-bubble button beside Book.
- Write what you're looking for help with and tap Send message.
- Not signed in? You make a free account next, and your message is kept and sent for you.
- The first time, we ask who you are. Your message sends as soon as you answer.
- Replies arrive in your Inbox, and by email or notification if you've turned those on.
Keep the conversation here. It is how we can help if something goes wrong, and it is where a tutor sends an offer you can pay for in one tap.
