Upload a spreadsheet or paste the rows, check the columns, and your whole list is added in one go, with their regular lessons if you like. Open Students and choose Import a list. On a phone it is a link under the heading, or in the empty page if you have no students yet. Upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste rows copied from a spreadsheet. Check which column is which. We match the usual headings for you. Read the list: each line says Ready, Skipped or Fix. Add the students. Their regular lessons too If your list has a lesson day, time and length, you're offered to put those lessons in your planner for 4, 8, 10 or 12 weeks. Nobody is emailed: you send details from a student's card when you're ready. The file is read on your own device and is not uploaded. Anything we can't place, such as an unusual year level, is kept in that student's notes.
