Block out time you can't teach
A block takes up to two hours off your calendar so nobody can book it: an appointment, a school event. Whole days away are Days Off.
- Tap the plus button in the tab bar.
- Choose Block time.
- Set the date and the start time, pick a length, and tap Block time.
- On the Planner, choose + Add lesson.
- Choose Block time.
- Set the date and the start time, pick a length, and choose Block time.
Blocked time shows as a hatched area in your calendar. To take one away, open it and choose Remove. For whole days away, use Days Off on Availability.
